Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit our shop. They mean you don't have to enter the same information again and again, and they help us improve the site. Change your cookie settings

Standard: necessary
These cookies are needed to make the shop work: remembering your cart, signing in, and storing your language and your cookie choice. They are always on and don't require consent. They come from our own shop and we don't share them with third parties.
Standard: statistics
Statistics are on by default, without you having to give consent. We measure how visitors use the shop and how they found us, in order to improve the shop: with our own measurement (from Neuramerce, the platform the shop runs on), with session recordings and heatmaps, with A/B tests, with Core Web Vitals (loading speed) and with Google Analytics 4. Our legal basis is legitimate interest: we want to make the shop better, and this has little impact on your privacy. Google Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode: storage for statistics is on, but storage for advertising, advertising data and personalised ads stays off unless you give consent for it. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses and our own measurement shortens them. Without your consent, no data goes to advertising partners. How this works and how we recognise you when you order or sign in, you can read in our privacy policy. The cookie nmrc_fp also remembers your chat conversation.
Personal: personalised ads
Personal is off by default and only turns on with your consent. We then load the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and send data about your visit and purchases to Meta, including from our own server, and we allow Google to use visit data for advertising. This lets us measure which ads work and show relevant ads. If you leave Personal off, we do not place these cookies and we send nothing to Meta or for Google advertising.

Storage in your browser
Besides cookies, we keep a few things in your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). Anything in sessionStorage disappears when you close the tab.
Managing your cookie preferences
On your first visit, the cookie notice shows how we handle cookies. Standard is always on: shopping cart, checkout, signing in, your cookie choice and statistics to improve the shop. Personal (personalised ads via Meta and Google) is off by default and only turns on with your consent. Accept all turns Personal on. With Customise we save what you tick; Personal is off by default there. We remember your choice in the cookies nrm_consent_cats and nrm_consent_v1.
