What does shipping cost at Grill Bill?
In the Netherlands, parcels up to 20 kg cost €7.95 and ship free from €99. Heavy shipments cost €14.95 (20 to 40 kg) or €19 (40 to 60 kg). Kamados are delivered free by our own delivery service. To Belgium and Germany a parcel costs €8.95 (free from €120) and a kamado €30 (free from €1,000). Pickup in Nuenen is free, by appointment.

How long does delivery take?
In the Netherlands, parcels ordered before 13:00 arrive the next working day, heavy shipments within 1 to 2 working days and kamados within 1 to 3. To Belgium and Germany a parcel takes 2 to 3 working days and a kamado 3 to 5.
Can I collect my order for free?
Yes, pickup at our location in Nuenen is free, and always by appointment. Choose this option at checkout and we will contact you to schedule a time.
Can I choose a delivery day?
In the Netherlands you can choose a preferred day at checkout for parcels and kamado delivery. For heavy items in several parcels and for delivery to Belgium and Germany, the carrier sets the schedule.
What is the cut-off time for same-day shipping?
Order before 13:00 and we process your order the same day. After 13:00 we pack it the next working day.
Do you deliver outside the Netherlands?
