Grill Bill Pro III – XL Kamado BBQ 23.5"

- For pans, pots and a plancha a Large is the minimum. A Medium just about takes a skillet; with a deflector underneath there's too little room left.
- For burgers, fish and vegetables you don't need the heavy-duty Pro III. The Pro II has the same ceramics and the same fibreglass gasket.
- On a balcony we don't recommend anything bigger than a Medium: it weighs 35 kg, a Large 115 kg.
- Your balcony is the hard limit: the Large weighs 115 kg, the Medium 35 kg. The Medium is the biggest that fits, but it only just takes a skillet. A Dutch oven or plancha won't fit alongside.
- Building in is only possible from the Large up: smaller sizes have no Solo version.
- The Small is the only one you can lift into the boot. If you cook for more people at home, take it as a second kamado next to a bigger one.
- The Classic has no Solo version. The entry model for a built-in setup is the Pro II Solo.
- The Pro II only comes in Large and XL. In this size the Pro III is the next model with a fibreglass gasket and deflector plates.
- Only the Small can travel with you, and it has no room for a pan or plancha next to the meat. If you also cook with pans at home, take the Small as a second kamado next to a Large.

Ceramics, finished by handA grill is not an appliance.
Every Grill Bill is fired one by one in a kiln at 1200 degrees, checked screw by screw and only shipped once it has passed its pressure test. That is why we give up to 20 years of warranty on the ceramic.

The Grill Bill kamado: ceramics built for fire.
A Grill Bill kamado is a ceramic barbecue on which you grill, smoke and bake over a single fire. Since 2019 we have developed our kamado BBQs in the Netherlands and sell them directly, without a dealer network. The thick ceramics hold the heat: one load of charcoal gives you up to 24 hours of low & slow, or takes you to pizza temperature in minutes.
Three series
The Pro III is the flagship, with an ultra-matte glaze, heavy-duty trolley and every accessory in the box. The Pro II has the same ceramics and fibreglass gasket at a lower price. The Classic is the entry model: the same cooking results, a simpler finish.
Which size suits you?
For a balcony or as a second grill, choose a Small or Medium. The Large is the standard for families, the XL for big gatherings. Building an outdoor kitchen? Have a look at a built-in kamado.
Warranty and advice
You get a 10-year warranty on the ceramics, rising to 20 years on the Pro II and Pro III after our free online course. Delivery is free. Prefer to see it first? Book a visit to our showroom in Nuenen.
