Smart Qooking System
Direct grilling and indirect cooking, at the same time.
With a combination of cast iron and stainless steel grates you get the best of both worlds. Where cast iron excels at creating those perfect grill marks and intense heat, stainless steel is ideal for slow cooking and controlled cooking.
That's why the Pro III comes with 2x stainless steel grates, 2x cast iron grates and 2x extra thick half ceramic heat deflectors of a full 12 mm thick, plus a handy wok ring for the true wok fanatics.

With this clever stainless steel charcoal basket you refill your charcoal in no time. The improved airflow around the coals means your Grill Bill reaches temperature faster and the fire burns more steadily.
You use the basket without the charcoal grate, directly above the ash tray. Ready for the next barbecue? Lift the basket, give it a short shake, and all the ash and debris falls straight into the ash tray. Clean and fast.

Handy, this clever ash tray. After you've shaken the charcoal basket and all the debris and ash has fallen into the tray, your Grill Bill is ready for the next session in no time.

Fibreglass gasket
From the professional kitchen, for your garden.
Carried over from the professional kitchen to our kamado: the fibreglass gasket. Unlike traditional felt, you'll practically never need to replace this gasket, and the lid closes a lot more smoothly too.
Fibreglass is easy to clean and extra durable. The gasket contains a copper sleeve that keeps its shape and ensures a perfect, airtight seal.

The Pro III is fitted with an extra large thermometer, specially developed for optimal precision and readability. Thanks to the clear, high-contrast design, you see the temperature in your kamado at a glance, even from a distance or in low light.
The thermometer is stylishly integrated into the dome and finished with the signature Grill Bill logo. And because details matter, we've made everything that used to be chrome fully black, right down to the smallest washers and spring rings.

Ceramic firebox
The heart of the kamado: thick ceramic that holds heat.
The inside of the Pro III is built from extra thick, high-quality ceramic that stores and reflects heat evenly. This keeps the temperature stable for hours, ideal for low & slow, and you burn noticeably less charcoal.

Heat deflectors
From direct heat to gentle, indirect heat.
Place the two half ceramic heat deflectors of 12 mm thick and you turn the Pro III into a stone oven. The deflectors shield your food from the direct flame, so you can cook, smoke and bake evenly.
Thanks to their half-moon shape, you can easily create a direct and an indirect zone side by side in a single setup.

Charcoal basket
Stainless steel basket with optimal airflow around the coals.
At the bottom sits the stainless steel charcoal basket. The open structure pushes air around the coals, so your kamado reaches temperature faster and burns more steadily. Refilling is as simple as lifting the basket out.
A short shake drops ash and debris straight into the ash tray, ready for the next session right away.

Fire ring & charcoal grate
Separates the fire zone from the cooking zone.
The ceramic fire ring lifts the coal bed and creates room for air beneath the coals. Together with the charcoal grate, this ensures clean combustion and a constant supply of oxygen exactly where you need it.
The design keeps the heat concentrated in the centre, right under your grate.

Ash tray & lower vent
Air in, ash out: controlled at the bottom.
Right at the bottom you'll find the ash tray and the lower vent slide. With that slide, together with the top controller, you control the airflow, and therefore the temperature, down to the degree.
You pull the ash tray out through the lower vent grate and empty it in one motion. Ready to go again within a minute.

The Grill Bill Heavy Duty Trolley is built for stability and ease of use. The frame is made entirely of thick steel and finished with a durable powder coating that withstands wind and weather. The robust construction ensures maximum sturdiness, while the extra large castors let the kamado roll smoothly, even over patio tiles.
