Life with a Pro III
Not just a BBQ.
A story that lasts.
Design
When design is just as important as experience
Built with a designer's eye and a heart for experience. Every detail is thoughtful, from the flowing lines to the robust materials that last for years. Timeless design, sustainable and powerful, that not only looks stunning in any outdoor kitchen, but is also built to perform.
Big enough to invite your whole family, friends and neighbours for an evening full of fire, food, stories and unforgettable moments around the grill.
Function
A functional design that also happens to look great
The Pro III isn't just a BBQ, but a thoughtfully engineered grilling machine where every detail has been considered. With the multilevel grill system, you'll enjoy ultimate cooking ease and maximum control over your preparations.
The handy Grate Organizer keeps all your grates and heat deflectors neatly in place, while the extra large wheels — the biggest you've ever seen under a kamado — make it effortless to move your Grill Bill to wherever you love to grill. Functional, a joy to cook on, and quintessentially Grill Bill.

Smart Qooking System
Direct grilling and indirect cooking, at the same time.
With a combination of cast iron and stainless steel grates you get the best of both worlds. Where cast iron excels at creating those perfect grill marks and intense heat, stainless steel is ideal for slow cooking and controlled roasting.
That is why the Pro III comes with 2× stainless steel grates, 2× cast iron grates and 2× extra thick half-moon ceramic heat deflectors, a full 12 mm thick, plus a handy wok ring for the true wok fans.

Handy charcoal refresh.
With this clever stainless steel charcoal basket you refresh your charcoal in no time. The improved airflow around the coals means your Grill Bill reaches temperature faster and the fire burns more steadily.
You use the basket without the charcoal grate, directly above the ash tray. Ready for the next BBQ? Lift the basket, give it a short shake, and all the ash and debris drop straight into the tray. Clean and quick.

Fibreglass gasket
From the professional kitchen, for your garden.
Carried over from the professional kitchen to our kamado: the fibreglass gasket. Unlike traditional felt, this gasket needs replacing only rarely, and it also lets the lid close a lot more smoothly.
Fibreglass is easy to clean and extra durable. Inside the gasket sits a copper sleeve that holds its shape and gives you a perfect, airtight seal.

XL Thermometer
The temperature at a glance, even from a distance.
The Pro III is fitted with an extra large thermometer, specially developed for optimal precision and readability. Thanks to its clear, high-contrast design, you see the temperature in your kamado at a glance, even from a distance or in low light.
The thermometer is stylishly integrated into the dome and finished with the signature Grill Bill logo. And because details matter, we've made everything that used to be chrome completely black, right down to the smallest rivets and spring washers.

Ceramic firebox
The heart of the kamado: thick ceramic that holds the heat.
The inside of the Pro III is built from extra thick, high-quality ceramic that stores and reflects heat evenly. That keeps the temperature stable for hours, ideal for low & slow, and you burn noticeably less charcoal.
The ceramic withstands temperatures well above 400°C. You get a 10-year warranty, extended to 20 years when you complete the free GB Academy.

Heat deflectors
From direct heat to gentle, indirect cooking.
Place the two half-moon ceramic heat deflectors, 12 mm thick, and you turn the Pro III into a stone oven. The deflectors shield your food from the direct flame, so you can cook, smoke and bake evenly.
Thanks to their half-moon shape, you effortlessly create a direct and an indirect zone side by side in a single setup.

Fire ring & charcoal grate
Separates the fire zone from the cooking zone.
The ceramic fire ring lifts the bed of coals and creates space for air beneath them. Together with the charcoal grate, this ensures clean combustion and a constant supply of oxygen exactly where you need it.

Where do you put your grates and heat deflectors when you swap them out? In this handy Grate Organizer, of course!
The Heavy Duty Trolley from Grill Bill is built for stability and ease. The frame is made entirely from thick steel and finished with a durable powder coating that withstands weather and wind. The robust construction ensures maximum rigidity, while the extra large castors let the kamado roll smoothly, even over patio tiles.
For genuine fine-tuning. With the robust cast iron top controller, the bold element on top of your kamado, you dial in the temperature to the degree together with the lower vent. Whether you go for scorching hot grilling or slow cooking at low temperature, you are always fully in control.
Natural materials such as wood give our Grill Bill kamados an authentic, characterful look. The warm wood contrasts beautifully with the robust matte black ceramic. The integrated metal 3D logo in the handle completes the design, a subtle detail that radiates strength and craftsmanship.
In other words: side tables with hooks. Handy, smart and typically Grill Bill. Hang all your barbecue tools, from tongs and spatula to scissors and cloth, neatly and tidily on the handy hooks under the side tables. That way everything stays clean, nothing ends up on the ground, and you always have all your tools within reach.
The Pro III features a sturdy hinge protector and a robust handle bar at the back. The hinge protector shields the hinge and ensures stable, smooth movement when opening the lid. The handle bar is specially designed to safely move the kamado, even over uneven terrain. Made from high-quality powder-coated steel.

.. grill bill is je man!
