Life with a Pro III
Not just a BBQ.
A story that stays.
Design
When design matters as much as the experience
Built with a designer's eye and a heart for the experience. Every detail is considered, from the flowing lines to the robust materials that last for years. A timeless design, durable and powerful, that not only looks stunning in any outdoor kitchen but is also built to perform.
Compact enough for a balcony, a small patio or the worktop of your outdoor kitchen, and big enough to sit down at the table with the whole family.
Function
A functional design that also looks beautiful
The Medium is not just a BBQ, but a thoughtfully designed grilling machine where every detail has been considered. The same thick ceramic, the same cast iron top controller and the same fibreglass gasket as its bigger brothers, just in a size that fits anywhere.
It stands on a sturdy table stand, so you can put it on your garden table, in your outdoor kitchen or take it with you to the campsite. And with the charcoal basket with divider you create a direct and an indirect zone in a single setup. Functional, a joy to cook on, and typically Grill Bill.

Ceramic firebox
The heart of the kamado: thick ceramic that holds the heat.
The inside of the Pro III is built from extra thick, high-quality ceramic that stores and reflects heat evenly. That keeps the temperature stable for hours, ideal for low & slow, and you burn noticeably less charcoal.
The ceramic withstands temperatures well above 400°C. You get a 10-year warranty, extended to 20 years when you complete the free GB Academy.

Charcoal basket
Stainless steel basket with optimal airflow around the coals.
At the bottom sits the stainless steel charcoal basket with divider. The open structure pushes air around the coals, so your kamado reaches temperature faster and burns more steadily.
With the divider you only fill half the basket and create a direct and an indirect zone in a single setup. Refilling is as simple as lifting the basket out.

Charcoal grate & ash tray
Clean combustion, ash below.
The charcoal grate keeps air flowing under the coals, giving you clean combustion and a constant supply of oxygen exactly where you need it.
A quick shake drops ash and debris straight into the ash tray beneath, ready for your next session right away.

Heat deflector
From direct heat to gentle, indirect cooking.
Place the 12mm thick ceramic heat deflector on the frame and you turn the Medium into a stone oven. The plate shields your food from the direct flame, so you can cook, smoke and bake evenly.
Without the deflector you grill directly over the embers, with the deflector you bake pizza or cook low & slow.

The Medium stands on a sturdy table stand made of powder-coated steel. Put it on your garden table, on the worktop of your outdoor kitchen or simply on a solid surface at the campsite. Compact where it can be, robust where it must be.
For genuine fine-tuning. With the robust cast iron top controller, the bold element on top of your kamado, you dial in the temperature to the degree together with the bottom vent. Whether you go for scorching hot grilling or slow cooking at low temperature, you are always fully in control.
The dome features a clearly readable analogue thermometer with a stainless steel rim. Baking, grilling or searing: you see at a glance which zone you are in, without having to open the lid.
Natural materials such as wood give our Grill Bill kamados an authentic, characterful look. The warm wood contrasts beautifully with the robust matte black ceramic, and stays cool enough to open the lid comfortably.
With this clever stainless steel charcoal basket you refresh your charcoal in no time. The improved airflow around the coals means your Grill Bill reaches temperature faster and the fire burns more steadily. With the divider you also create a direct and an indirect zone in a single setup.
Carried over from the professional kitchen to our kamado: the fibreglass gasket. Unlike traditional felt, this gasket needs replacing only rarely, and it also lets the lid close a lot more smoothly. The hinge protector shields the hinge and keeps the movement stable.
