How to keep the leather looking good
Wipe the apron after use with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it air dry, not near a stove or in the sun. It doesn't belong in the washing machine or dryer. If a grease stain lands on it, dab it and let the rest soak in: that automatically becomes part of the patina. A little leather balm once a season keeps it supple.
